30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your TWINN fragrance, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be at least 75% full
- Original packaging preferred but not required
- Proof of purchase required
How to Return
- Email us at support@twinnscents.com with your order number
- We'll provide a return shipping label (free for US orders)
- Ship the item back to us
- Receive your refund within 5-7 business days of us receiving the return
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
Want to try a different scent? We're happy to exchange your purchase for another fragrance. Same process as returns — just let us know which scent you'd like instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
Received a damaged or defective item? Contact us immediately at support@twinnscents.com with photos, and we'll send a replacement right away at no cost.
