Free US Shipping
We offer FREE standard shipping on all US orders. No minimum purchase required.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account or contacting us.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to shipping regulations for alcohol-based fragrances:
- We cannot ship to P.O. boxes
- We cannot ship via air to certain locations
- Some remote areas may experience longer delivery times
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbors and building management
- Wait 24-48 hours (carriers sometimes mark delivered early)
- Contact us at support@twinnscents.com
We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.
