Subscription & Membership Cancellation

You may cancel your TWINN+ Membership or any subscription at any time. Here's how:

  • Online: Log into your account at twinnscents.com, go to "My Subscriptions" and click "Cancel"
  • Email: Send a cancellation request to support@twinnscents.com

When Cancellation Takes Effect

  • Cancellations are effective at the end of your current billing period
  • You'll continue to receive benefits until the end of your paid period
  • No partial refunds for unused portions of the billing cycle

Refunds

  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled
  • For unshipped subscription orders, contact us within 24 hours for a full refund
  • Membership fees are non-refundable after 7 days from purchase

Pause Option

Instead of cancelling, you can pause your subscription for up to 3 months. Contact support@twinnscents.com to pause.
